My car was towed by creations towing for being parked in the wrong spot. I’m not complaining about that because I was definitely parked in the wrong spot. But when I went to pick it up the guy there was super rude to me and my friend. I am a college student in an out of state college and so when the man was able to talk to my dad on the phone about it he was super disrespectful to my dad as well. Later that night I came back to pick my car up (cause they wouldn’t let me get it the first time) the guy told me originally that it is 145 towing fee and then after the first 24 hours the price goes up 25 dollars per day. However I came back six and a half hours later, so when I paid he still told me I owed 25 dollars more because “it was over six hours.” The man was clearly price gouging me because he knew I needed my car. Even after I paid the man yelled at me to go get my car. He even yelled at my girlfriend, who wasnt doing anything wrong, nor entered the car lot, that he could send her to jail. This man wanted to show he was in power in every way. This company is in no way professional and is disrespectful to customers. When I was leaving I saw him yelling at another man who was trying to help his mom get her car out of the lot. This company price gouges it’s customers as well as demeans them and disrespects them simply because they can. The specific employee I dealt with should not be employed at all because he is not professional and is super disrespectful to his fellow employees and his customers. But the character of the employee definitely reflects the character of the company.

First, this is not a complaint about why I got my vehicle towed. This is a personal review about a towing company that is operating unprofessionally with lack of business morals and standards. If I had to rate them -5 stars, I would have. This towing company driver (Jose) was swerving all over the road and driving recklessly while towing my vehicle. Once I arrived at their location to complete a release process, I realized a strong smell of marijuana coming out of the driver, well that explains the reckless driving and the operating of a commercial vehicle while on influence. Also the low level of customer service and the unnecessary disrespect and attitude you get is uncounted for. I should have known when I saw that nasty mouth grill. If you want to call yourselves professionals, look like one and DEFINITELY act like one. You tow people cars, you drag them, you take their money, at least have the decency to treat them with respect. Updated 07/23: after reviewing your unprofessional feedback, it clearly states that you are definitely lacking business standards by remediating to illegitimate LIES. FYI, aren’t you Supposed to call the authorities if “DOPE” is found on a unoccupied towed vehicles, I guess you missed that part... I’m glad that everyone will read this.

My car was towed even thought we paid the 2 hours parking. When we got there to pick up the car, they have around 20 people waiting for their cars. The owner was rude and he was abusing of the power. The police were there doing NOTHING! Just standing by to protect the owner . Somebody need to check these people ! They are are stealing money.

If I could give zero starts I would. Claimed they did not see the parking ticket in the window so they towed the car. Went to towing lot, no one was there. Called the number for assistance was told someone would be coming in 10. Waited over 30. Guy finally showed up (he showed up by cab), qmy friend and the guy went to her car and the ticket he claimed he didn't see before towing, was right there on the dashboard. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional to say the least. If you tow 24/7, someone should be there so people can get their cars. Or at least have viable transportation, not a cab.

Attempted to tow my rental! Stayed at Seaside in Clearwater, parking pass fell onto the floor from the dash! Caught the driver while hooking up to the car. He said he photographed the car obviously, but didn’t see the pass on the floor! I was charged 60 to unhook/drop the car and it’s cash only! I completely understand the blurred line here, however feel I was taken advantage of.. The driver was polite and provided time for me to get to an ATM while he unhooked it... I wish things were handled differently especially since I pointed out the pass to the driver through the window. He said there wasn’t anything he could do because he didn’t run the company... I respectfully paid him and all is well....

This is a typical predatory towing company. They get contracts with local business or municipalities and bend the rules in their favor to exact a towing fee. Organizations should not hire companies like this. Predatory behavior defended by well-rehearsed lines let’s me know that they conduct their business in a shady way. Please keep on looking for a better service. Do not use Creations towing. After I retrieved my vehicle they shared my personal information (phone number and address) and I received a threatening call from a person with a phone number ending in 9247. He didn’t say much but he did say he knew where I lived. Stay away from these dirtbags.

Car got towed from pier 60. I guess paper flow on the floor from getting out the car. I received my money for parking back because the ticket was in the car. Pier 60 attendant called the towing company and talked to the company informing me if it's in the car they would let me go without payment, if not I'll have to pay the 100 instead of the 145. Went to the towing company waited 30mins. As a person of managment there was no professionalism in this worker that was there. My ticket was on the floor and he saw it and picked it up. (Windows are 15% tint). I was polite but he went back and forth with my family. I asked questions and his demeanor seem like he just wanted me to pay and go bout my day. They wanted me to pay 100 and that's not what was told to me. I had to call pier 60 to talk to the attendant and managment that gave me the info. All in all, worst and first experience ever, I didnt have to pay. Happen march 26
