I began seeing Kim in hopes of overcoming my nail biting habit and anxiety issues. Every new session was different from the last, but always very healing and informative. Kim would often ask me what I wanted to focus on, or what I thought i needed that week (whether it be to focus on self-love, repressed emotions from my childhood, my nail biting habit, etc.) Initially I paid for three sessions, but found each one to be so helpful that I continued to have weekly session for about two or three months. My time with Kim not only helped me over come nail biting, but it also gave me a better understanding of my inner-self. Hypnotherapy has had such a positive impact on my over-all wellbeing. I highly recommend Kim and will defiantly be continuing sessions with her on a monthly basis. She has given me the tools I need to live a healthier and happier life.

Saw this therapist a while ago for anxiety. I felt like she didn’t really get to the bottom of what was going on. I liked her at first but she then she would talk a whole lot about herself and took up most of the hour session. Not good. I think that’s rule #1 as a therapist don’t talk about your private life. It was obnoxious. I also felt it was highly inappropriate for her to talk about her sex life too. A bad experience overall.
Absolutely amazing results!!!! i feel on top of the world!! My confidence is soaring my energy has sky rocketed. I feel amazing. I am a brand new me and the version Of myself i always want to be! I’m up for any task, any challenge. I’ve found my competitive edge again. I am a completely different person then I was just 1 month ago and for the last 39 years. I was lazy, depressed, in pain in fear & riddled with anxiety 24/7 even in my dreams. Now I am confident, happy, hard working and waking up at 5:30 sharp and walking 5.5 miles a day. Absolutely unheard of just a few weeks ago. No longer afraid of bugs, dirt, viruses, parasites or bacteria . I still wash my hands often but not obsessively. The only obsession I have now is being my ultimate self!! 4 sessions was great but every night I fall asleep to the recommended meditations and I walk to affirmations. If you want change! This is it.
