Been a member at GA OWN CU and live here on Towne lake for years. This branch has been a service location for me to deposit and make transactions always. They now will not service anyone else unless you bank with them. The partnership with sister banks is essential and I prefer not to have to drive all the way down to Marietta branch to do some things and this bank has always allowed me to utilize my GA own CU account but say due to covid, they cannot do it any longer. Great convenience to customers. I would never do business with this bank and would encourage you to do the same! Juston... Eagle Watch resident.

The people are really nice and the service is top notch! I am in the process of closing on a new home with a loan from CUGA. My Mortgage Originator, Joe Menna was extremely efficient and was able to process my loan quickly and with no issues!

This institution does not deserve even one star. If you value your money at all do not bank here. They hit you with overdraft fees while you have funds in your account. We called to rectify this issue and was met with a rude, cold and unprofessional associate. They have made managing our money impossible in every aspect. Do not bank here. After today, we will not either and will make sure that none of our friends and family ever will.
