Had our trailer taken here for a service where they told her that the axle was cracked and needed repaired. Told her,it was a minimum 3 hour job equaling 300. Thankfully, she told my partner and he talked to me before making a decision. We had the trailer taken to another mechanic where it was found there was not any cracks. Thus leading me to believe that this shop was clearly trying to take advantage of our company because a female was who brought the trailer there for a service. Honestly, as simple as this is, we will no longer be using this business for any sales in the future

Bought a nice utility trailer from Chuck Creighton last Monday. I told him I needed it ASAP, on Wednesday he drove to Ashland, Va (6 hour round trip) picked it up and I got it Thursday morning. Took it in Friday for a ramp adjustment and he met me at the door , made the adjustment and 15 minutes later I was headed back home. He’s a good guy and very customer oriented, great place to deal with. Very satisfied!

I live in Dover Delaware and needed an enclosed trailer on a budget. After searching the internet all over I found this gem on google. The staff was very helpful and took care of me quickly. I found a fantastic cargo trailer for the best price around. Chuck did the registration and even had the ball hitch changed out with the new trailer hooked up in less than an hour. Very impressive business. I recommend them, it was worth the drive for me.
