Worst Experience! They have had my mother for over three weeks and to date she has not been cremated. They do not call back after leaving messages. Once I do get a hold of someone, they promise to keep me updated but they don't. The Mass has been pushed back once and probably will need too be again. The Cremation Society has made a loss of a family member even worse.
