We have had to use the Cremation Society of Paducah's services twice. The first time my sweet Jesse passed at the Vets office, and they recommended the Society. That was such a pleasant experience that when our Ralph passed at home, we called on them again. Neither my husband nor I could physically or emotionally take Ralph to them, so they came to us in Metropolis. They came to or home, and removed Ralph to the Society's van as if he were a human. Ralph was treated with as much dignity and respect as any member of the family would be. When Ralph was ready to come home, a gentleman that works at the funeral home, that lives in Metropolis, brought him home to us.

I really hate to have to post something like this, but I do not want other families experiencing what I had to go through. This is how my situation went: My Lily passed away at my vet that I have used for years. They offered me cremation through their office. I chose that option. It was very expensive compared to others I called after the fact. When I called about Lily’s cremation, I was told she would be ready tomorrow. I went to my vet to pick her up the next day. It was truly sad. She was returned in a white box that in my opinion was unprofessional. They even spelled her name wrong... I asked the vet tech who they used for cremation, she told me Cremation Society. When I called to voice my concern I did not receive Cremation Society I received a funeral home. To be specific it was a funeral home my family has had issues with in the past. My poor Lily had to go through a lot of problems toward the end of her life and I never imagined this would be one of them. Please beware of this.
My sister Kelly has called you people over and over today. You refuse to answer. It’s just rings over and over. When you call a different number it’s some corporate number. You guys have caused us more grief than you can imagine. I wouldn’t send my dog here let me alone our father! We have called Milner and Orr they arrived within 30 minutes. You guys are definitely not professional. After some research we found that some company named Evergreen owns this. We will definitely be calling them Monday! I don’t understand how you are tied to Cremation Society of Paducah? When you look up your number it goes to Lindsey funeral home. The funeral board will definitely hear about this.
Won’t answer phone. When they do it’s a funeral home. Tried calling another number and got a corporate office. Definitely not locally owned. Waste of time. Went somewhere else.
I would like to thank the Cremation Society of Paducah for being so kind and helpful when our beloved Daisy passed. They were so compassionate and professional during our time of sorrow. Thank you again for caring.
When our dog Angel passed away we took in and met Don Pitt. Don helped us through the process and was very kind. He even brought her back to our house after she was cremated. I couldn't have asked for anyone nicer to help me. We loved our baby.
These guys are great. They helped with the cremation of my pug Evey. They were very professional and caring. I will definitely come back when the unfortunate time comes again for my other pug Spunky. Thanks again Josh and Don.
Cremation Society of Paducah went over and above tending to 2 of our beloved dogs, Jesse & Ralph. Kind & caring during a rough time.
