It's hard to find food this great and authentic in New Orleans let alone in Chandler AZ! Having traveled to Louisiana often, New Orleans mostly, and steering clear of the French Quarter in search of great authentic food, I must say, Creole Cajun Bistro has the best gumbo I've ever tasted! I'm writing this review two days after eating there and I'm still thinking about it. I highly recommend!
The atmosphere is great. We were at the restaurant on a day when they had live music. The waitstaff was nice and drinks/food was brought out quickly. The food tasted great and the portions were huge.
Very authentic. Great service and ambiance. Food was delicious!!
Wings with swamp sauce...pretty good:-) We tried the Etouffee (andouille, shrimp and chicken), crawfish Mac n chees and creole jambalaya. Pretty good stuff, and looking forward to trying some other dishes! The ambience was nice, quiet and not in a big rush...I liked it that way. It's a small venue, clean and tucked away in a back spot. It's worth trying out
Gulf shrimp & andouille sausage in creamy butter sauce, served over grits. Wow was this awesome! Minimal spice, yet incredible flavor. You should check this place out. #cajun #creole #cajunfood #cajunshrimp #creolefood
My family from California recommended that I try Creole Cajon Bistro...I WILL BE BACK! The food was flavorful & perfectly seasoned and plentiful so be hungry.
Excellent service. Our waitress Maddy was exceptional. Service was outstanding. She was energetic, attentive and very friendly. I had the chicken fajitas, while there was plenty of food I thought it was a bit bland tasting. My best friend had the street tacos, she raved over them. Pam had the tamales and said it was very good as well. The line margarita on the rocks was tasty as well.
