I'm on vacation in the Poconos. I read about this pretzel factory but what drew me in was that they have a left handed shop. We walked inside and it smelled so delicious. They have mountains of pretzels and popcorn everywhere. So many different varieties. The left handed shop was so cute; I got a magnet since I'm a lefty. They have a short film that shows how pretzels are made and they left little kids play with dough. Make sure you buy some fresh pretzels before you leave. So many new varieties and combinations that you would never think of. We got an everything pretzel with cream cheese filling. Super delicious because the cream cheese was sweet. Filled me up for hours. We're going back tomorrow to try more pretzels. Stop by here; you won't regret it!

We stopped here and got the best pretzels we ever had. They are warm and fresh. They have many different flavors to choose from. The employees are absolutely the nicest. They took time to explain how they make the pretzels as we watched them made. They also gave my daughter dough and showed her how to twist the dough. The store has so many different things besides pretzels. Prices are good.

If you are a pretzel person then this is the place to be. Good video and demo of pretzel making. if you are short on time, between the candy and pretzel place I would pick pretzel.

This is such a lovely place. They have all different kinds of pretzels. They also have a viewing room of their production line. It’s pretty cool. I definitely recommend this place !!

Always been a huge fan of this place since I love pretzels. My wife and I have been coming here since we were kids. They have all types of pretzels, popcorn, cotton candy, etc. Found out today that the owners are retiring and will be closing their doors at the end of the year (2019). Very sad. Do yourself the favor and experience this place before then.

Callie's is a true pretzel emporium and includes the widest variety of pretzels I have ever seen: both the big chewy kind and the small crunchy variant. I have ordered multiple pretzels, including a pizza pretzel, an everything-with-cheddar cheese, a plain, and even an ice cream in a pretzel cone. Everything was delicious, and I got a bag of pretzels to take home. Unfortunately the staff has been unpleasant to deal with. The place had an uninviting atmosphere and I felt they are doing me a favor providing service. I ended up fleeing the place after getting my order. Next time I'm around I'll make sure to grab my pretzels and leave.
