Very rude ,disrespectful ,and talks down to people like he is better. And when I asked how much he towed per mile he said he charges whatever he wants . He was very unhelpful which shouldn’t be because that’s the job he chose and it’s not my fault . He doesn’t even deserve the one star I gave him .
What a jerk on the phone. Hung up on me. Customer service is worst I have ever had. And that's saying something.
