However, few restaurants take that commitment to freshness as serious as the owners of Edo. Each morning both owners go out to local markets to pick up both the fish and the vegetables for the day, ensuring guests get the absolute best food available. folks at Edo realize that not everyone who walks through their doors may be in the mood for sushi. That's why the menu also has a number of grilled and pan seared entrées as well. These include several teriyaki options like chicken, ginger pork, beef negimaki and salmon alongside vegetable, chicken and shrimp tempura. Edo features a special dinner bento box that comes with miso soup, salad and the guest's choice of either salmon katsu, pork katsu, salmon teriyaki, chicken teriyaki or beef negimaki.

EDO Japanese Restaurant is the BEST! I get a shrimp tempura and it is amazing! I also get rice and soy sauce and it is amazing as well! I will want Edo many times.

This place has the BEST sushi, bar none! I have enjoyed sushi from a variety of local places as well as VERY expensive sushi bars in Chicago and Florida. This place beats them hands down! The rolls are 50% larger than anywhere else. Not to mention the majority of the rolls have larger chunks of fish, which is how traditional sushi is made. The people who have given negative reviews either believe store bought sushi is the real thing or own a competing sushi restaurant I have tried all the sushi places in our region and none are nearly as good as Edo's. I will never eat the ground up mush that others claim is sushi. BTW, the reason it's ground up is so they can put less fish in the rolls and claim it's sushi.

My wife wanted to eat here. I don't care for sushi, but wow, the Philadelphia roll was great. My wife loved the mushroom roll as well. She had Udon, and I had Chicken-Katsu for our main entree. The side salad had an orange vinaigrette dressing which is addictive. It took us forever to try this place, but we will go back soon and often.

Do not overlook this place! I’ve driven past EDO so many times because I don’t really explore much, and the strip that this place is in doesn’t do it justice. Came here on a recommendation from someone and this is my new favorite sushi place. I get pretty simple sushi, but it was amazing, especially for the price I paid. I paid less for a larger roll here than I would for a smaller roll at another place. The interior is very interesting and beautiful, staff are attentive and very kind, and I promise they’ve got interesting rolls, I’m just not very adventurous. Very VERY highly recommend this place!

I adore this spot! They have delicious meals, they have a nice menu, The chef in that restaurant is a professional, I love a lot tasting all their food. The food is consistently fresh, the service towards the guests is helpful. I visit often this place and I was never unsatisfied. I recommend this place.

Very good customer service they are always very nice when we call. The sushi is unfortunately mediocre. it was hard to differentiate the rolls with the large quantity of sickly sweet starchy rice wrapped around each roll. None of the ingredients stood out particularly flavor wise either. The fried rice was alright. The softshell crab tasted good though the portion was small(not a whole crab?) I was very much looking forward to regularly eating at this local well price shushi joint. After my first experience I'm afraid I won't be ordering again.
