Instead of ringing the doorbell or knocked on my door to ask me to move my car after my apartment complex couldn’t find the owner since the construction workers told them the wrong model of car, they hit my car. While police were showing up for a report one of the construction workers was looking at me standing next to my car and he was laughing and smiling like it was funny that I was upset that my car now has damage done to it. Secretary had an attitude when she was notified of the damage. The whole company is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. If I could give them a negative star I would.

SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!! Do not recommend whatsoever! Both the workers on site and the office staff are very unprofessional. They need to be shut down.
Nothing was ever mentioned to Filotto office about wrong shingle color at all. It has been 12 months and have not got paid for the job and after several attempts to contact them by phone & e-mail we have gotten zero response of any kind.
So let's start with trying to get this company out here to look at my roof to get a quote , that took a while to have them do that , I gave them the benefit of the doubt , maybe they were busy , the crew was quick and cleaned up after themselves with the job BUT put the wrong color shingles on , when approached them with the issue , they didn't care to acknowledge the problem .
