Haven't been here in a couple of years, as it's a little out of the way for me. I went last Sunday (8-25-19), as I remembered getting good service from their during my prior engagements at this lounge. I was greeted by Ariel and she was fantastic. I came back from vacation in Spain and I bought an accessory for the coals. She had no problem using the accessory. She made a great hookah and my regular hookah was good for 3 and a half hours of me just smoking Double Apple. Ariel and I had a great conversation and made a friend by the end of the night. I went back on Thursday with a friend of mine and was greeted again by Ariel. My friend and I loved the hookahs and we agreed to go again this Sunday. Even if it's out of the way, the service that Ariel provided and the great hookahs she made has me coming back!

I come in a few times a week and swear this place has the best prices anywhere. Not just places in the area, but anywhere I've been to. The hookahs are clean and taste amazing and they have a ton of flavors / house mixes. It's got a bit of a homey / dim atmosphere, love it. great place to bring a date, especially if you want to be low-key during weekdays. They don't serve any food, but don't care if you bring any in. Place is a hidden a gem to Crest Hill, worth going out of your way for.

Last Friday, my friends and I made a last minute decision to come here and I’m glad we did. Unbeatable price for sure and that’s what we love about it. The place was chill and decent. Our server was good and made great suggestions in terms of upgrading and mixing up flavors. I suggest upgrading the seats though because it was a little weird. But other than that it was a good time.
Service was very helpful. Hookah was good and reasonably priced. That being said, everything I saw online said 10 per person but if are by yourself it is 15. Pretty reasonable but good to know.
