We had a great experience at the Next Door Storage in Cresthill. We went online the night before to reserve our space. The next day we went in to sign the contract and get our keys. Super easy and efficient transaction. The woman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful.

The staff at Next Door Self Storage were very helpful to me when I found myself in a serious situation. My family had rented another unit but had not loaded anything into it yet. We had furniture loaded into a moving van and learned that the family member with the key had misplaced it. I called Next Door Self Storage and they worked with me to get a similar unit so that the furniture could be unloaded and stored. They could have easily said there wasn't anything they could do but they helped me find a reasonable solution to an emergent situation.
