Solid business no frills. It felt somewhat like I was doing business with someone from another culture or country. I would go back but now I know what to expect. The main thing is they are knowledgeable about what they sell. Do not go there looking for a friend, go there to purchase a television.
My Mom's 9 year old TV had sound, no picture. Toton had a tech out to her house within 48 hrs. They diagnosed that it was a bad chip that is no longer produced, so they took away the old set, delivered a new Smart TV, and hooked it all up for mom at a very good price. Thanks, guys!
