I’ve never had a bad experience at the Tracy’s in Cresthill!! I went in before when Morgan was working and she is an awesome employee!! Sounds like you got Morgan mixed up for someone else!! I also love the new place in Cresthill Sophia’s! That’s my winning spot ️️️

i went here about two weeks ago and asked to see the employee named Gracie.She was always so nice and courteous to me and i asked the girl working whos name was morgan and she stated no she doesnt work her any more she got fired on her day off and she was useless around here..I think its very unprofessional and disgusting how this lady was bashing a former employee and its not the customers business to know why an employee was fired.i will not return to this establishment again i can take my money elsewhere
