Absolutely love the staff and team at Willow Falls. They always have a can do attitude, thoughtful, patient and caring. They have been especially accommodating to our family in this transition of my grandparents into their care. They take the time to get to know us and my grandparents, as well as keeping us updated on their care. We could not ask for a better team for our family.

I cannot say enough good things about Willow Falls. I was looking for a place for Mom that not only looked good from the outside, but felt like home on the inside. THIS IS THE PLACE! My Mom has been in both Independent living and assisted. The staff is phenomenal. Everyone that we have encountered goes out of their way to be kind and helpful. Our questions are addressed with detailed answers. Walking in the front door is so peaceful. You truly feel the love. Food is delicious. They offer a wide variety of activities for both residents and their families. Also a hair salon and a small shop for incidentals. Looking for a retirement community? Look no further! Thank you Willow Falls for all the care you pour out on my Mom!!
