Sherman, Euphemia & Dulce did a wonderful job of taking care of our property for 5 years. They handled any minor repairs that came up and brought our attention immediately to anything that required our attention. Regular checkups of our property were done in a timely manner and our property was well taken care of during this time as they made sure we had the right tenants. Thank you to you all!

The staff are very attentive to our needs. As a landlord I have appreciated their prompt response to repairs needed and their provision of great contractors who were reliable and affordable. Knowing our place was well looked after has given real peace of mind. When it came time to sell our place Crest's experience and knowledge of the market helped us get a great price. Help with many small details took the stress out of our move. We have been really thankful for their quality of care.

They have been very good to us so far euthimia is amazing and nothing but nice and great person. But today I had a very bad experience.They sent me the bill for my rent which I paid like I always have for the last years through their portal. There was a mistake on the amount on their part. When I paid it and they noticed it 22 days later and decided to say you owe more which got me by surprise. Which I understand. But when I called because I had questions why or how I have the right to as a renter to know where is my money going. A girl name Desire answered and she was nothing but rude, obnoxious, and very unprofessional would not let me talk and say rude comments. She is suppose their main front desk but with an attitude like that all they are going to do is scare potential renters and costumers not wanting to call. Hope they find a new person to be in their front desk.

Dulce (the front desk lady who has handled everything) has been incredible. We found one of their places on Tuesday, decided we wanted it, but had to move out of our current place by Friday. She went out of her way to get everything done is three days notice, even when the place needed a deep cleaning and maintenance! She was great.
