Whomever in the reviews is complaining about meats being frozen it actually helps tenderize and limits waste. Great seeing young entrepreneurs bringing back the art of butchering. Great videos online. Beautiful store. Great job.

Very cool meat store that I stumbled across while on a Ohio road trip. The building and facilities are very impressive. Gorgeous building, great design. An incredible selection of meats. They have buffalo, elk, venison. All kinds of specialty cuts of meats. Only have two negatives. This isn't the place to shop if you're on a budget. The prices are expensive. And most of the meats are frozen. I went with a pack of Cajun gumbo brats. I hope they are good for 4 for 7.00.

This store is awesome! Very clean and the staff was super friendly. I was looking to purchase a grill and they spent at least 20 - 30 minutes going through the features of the grill- very helpful. Also, they’re seasonings are the best I’ve ever had, they take whatever meat your cooking to the next level. Can’t wait to go back!

The beautiful shopping area makes selecting from the many protein options very pleasant. They also offer interesting side items like chips, sauer kraut, coffee, and frozen fries. Meats are vacuum packed and frozen fresh. Highly recommended.

Best place around for meats. Crazy quality, good prices, friendly family.. the pineapple pork bratwurst are incredible.
