The nurses and doctor who cared for me were all extremely kind, friendly & informative. The nurse who initially helped me had a cell phone provided by the hospital. She would not answer the phone until she finished answering my question. She also said if I had any questions she would either answer them or find an answer for me. I was very pleased with my care.

The Women's Center was amazing on 2/24/21! I missed my mammogram appointment when it was rescheduled due to bad weather -- I showed up a day late. Angie and Crystal were fantastic at the front desk, making a way for me to walk-in. Collette was my Imaging Technician -- she made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation, and she exuded compassion and the right amount of concern. I feel all three of these ladies are working in a field that truly fulfills their purpose. I was in and out in under 30 minutes despite the scheduling mix-up. It was amazing!! Thank you!!

My baby girl had her baby here. .. 38 hours of induced labor ...( With the exception of only 1 nurse 1 night ) my daughter was in very good hands... She was catered to like every new mom should be .. thank u all (except that 1 nurse ) for taking such awesome care of my baby and her baby!! Hero and his mom are doing great!! O and the free vallet parking for mom of the mom to be was such a life saver especially for 38 hours of labor .. to and from the hotel for nona and popp pop.. thank y'all again!! So nice of u to have that

Do not go to Crestwood Medical if you have covid they do not have the proper care. And if you are African Americans they don't treat you the same. They don't call with updates we had to call them. They let our loved ones, sit in the ER for 3 days because they claim they didn't have any beds. The nurses and doctors are very rude. They didn't want to care for our loved ones they wanted to give up. They didn't want to help us we had to finally go to a patient advocate to help us. Please take your loved ones to Huntsville Hospital if they get the covid to don't trust Crestwood Medical Center.

My visits to the Women's Center was superb. The staff of Dr. Collins as well as the doctor himself were Great. Very personable and professional. They were very thorough and made me feel at ease considering the circumstances of my visit. The little gift bag was a thoughtful touch. Great as far as doctor visits go. Keep up the Great work.
