The customer service at Allied/Republic waste services is the worst! We have been customers at Allied/Republic for 25 years and at one time had five 1.5 yard dumpsters on our account at an average month cost of 100-150 per month for a twice weekly pickup. Over the years, because of property attrition, we are now down to one dumpster. Over the past couple of years we have seen our invoice creep up to over 600 for this same 1.5 yd dumpster. When we complained about the increases, we were told that it was because we did not have a contract, even though no sales rep ever told us to confirm any rates as is required. In effect, we were being \punished\ for not renewing a contract. This they did to a loyal 25 year customer, We finally had enough of these shady and unscrupulous business practices and sent them a certified letter for service cancellation on July 6, 2020. A week later I talked to a service rep for followup. They contacted me with Regina, a manager, who said that the contract may have been renewed, but then acknowledged that it was very old. Obviously, somebody was lying. Nonetheless, she said Dominick, a sales rep would contact me with rates, but never did,and never has. He is obviously mythical. We still got invoiced for 600 for August service and recently for September. And during all this, the dumpster was removed. Finally made contact with a service rep named Jamie on August 24 for followup and he indicated that their records show a service cancellation effective August 4, 2020. I called back on August 28 when invoice for September arrived and was informed that paperwork takes over a month. Needless to say, I don't blive a word they say, at this point. Two month invoice and no service. Nice! I dot want anything more to do with these people! If this is howbhow they treat customers of 25 years why anybody use them. I am personally disgusted with myself for using their services. Terrible in every way!

I have called several times every day and they keep telling me they will come back. Today they said the driver stated that he picked it up and I filled them again. LIAR!!!! NO SUPERVISOR HAS YET TO RETURN MY CALLS!!!
Only a 4 year customer but in that time my bill has doubled. I called and was told I didnt have an agreement. I opened my bill in 10/2016 for 78 and my last bill was 148.00 as of 10/2020 The rude service said that's what it is and will not change it. So I cancelled. Every time I ever called I was treated rudely . You lost a customer due to all your increases and all your rude employees. Drivers were always great.

Worst company I have ever dealt with! When their rates went up again I found a more inexpensive service. I cancelled with Republic and was told they would pick up empty cans next garbage day. They didn't. Called the company (rude woman always answered) and said they would pick up following week. Left them out for 6 days and many calls being told they would be there \tomorrow.\ Finally put them back in my yard and received a bill for 99 for the cans. THREE MONTHS LATER and 8 calls to corporate office they finally picked up the cans and erased the balance. I also paid add'l for recycle and I watched them throw the recycled in with the regular garbage over and over. They never even looked in the recycle can.
