I called and asked how much to mount and balance. I was told 20 a tire. Then I get there to pick them up and I was charged 30 a tire. He told me he can't compete with people buying tires on line. Why is that because you Mark them up 30% or 40%. Well news flash people will only purchase more and more on line. I cold have saved by going to walmart but figured I would give it to the smaller business. I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN. Wal-Mart would have been half price. It was all labor. If you can't figure out how to compete then maybe time to get out.
Good quality work. Great customer service. Family owned so you get a chance to speak with someone who actually cares about their customers. You can tell they take pride in their work. 100% trust worthy. They will always notify me during my oil changes if my car is needing any extra repairs. I love this because they keep my family and I safe on the road! To me that is important. I can rest easy traveling knowing my car & family will be ok. I have been doing business with them for over 15 years now!
