We love our new floors! This was a smooth experience from start to finish. In the store, they helped us narrow down the ideas we already had for our floor to what would work best for us, both in appearance and in construction. The install went faster than expected and everyone was very informative throughout the process. Our new laminate floors looks amazing and we are so excited to have replaced some very old carpet in our house with them.

This was our first time going into a Michael's Flooring Outlet and it was a great experience. We didn't wait long to be helped. Kim was exceptionally helpful with our choice of carpet. She was even involved in helping another customer, but came over to us to see if we had any questions. No one was hovering around us or being pushy, as some sales people do. Everyone in the store was very friendly. Their customer service is wonderful and they have a huge selection of flooring to choose from.

Kim at the location in Creve Coeur was a huge help! Being first time home buyers, we had no clue the first thing about the different types of floors, what to look for, price points, etc. We went to their store to browse but she ended up being so helpful in providing excellent customer service, answering all of our questions, giving recommendations on brands/styles/what to consider, and more. We ended up taking samples home that day and making a decision. It took just a week for our flooring to arrive and pick up was painless. We are so happy with our experience and how easy they made it all seem - and on top of all of that, we thought the price was better than expected!
