Thank goodness for Cribs and Kids! I spent countless hours researching car seats and strollers online and I still felt lost. Nick, at C&K was so knowledgeable and patient and spent so much time explaining everything to us. He truly broke down everything I was curious about regarding strollers and car seats. He demonstrated everything and did side by sides which helped me visualize what he was talking about. This store is incredible because they are not pushy to make a sale, but genuinely want to educate you. My husband and I left feeling such a sense of relief knowing what we were purchasing.
Absolutely love Crib & Kids. Not only do they have great products, every employee is friendly and informative-which is SO helpful, especially for new parents. We bought our car seat and stroller here and came back for the car seat installation class before having our son. Oh my gosh, we are so glad we did this. We learned how to properly install our car seat and get baby in the right position. Michelle helped us and did a fantastic job. We left there feeling so much more confident. Would absolutely recommend!
I had never heard of cribs and kids until we passed by it the other day. I had been looking for a doona car seat all day in San Antonio and couldn’t find one anywhere. We walked in and immediately one of the employees came and approached us and asked how he could help. He was so friendly and very knowledgeable about all the recliners and car seats they had there. He took his time to ask us if we had any questions about anything. We ended up buying our doona from them and we are so excited to go back for a training on it with the employees. We 10000% will be back. The customer service is top notch and you can tell they care about every person that walks into their store. Thank you for giving us the best experience ever! I recommend them over any other baby store out there!
I am incredibly impressed with the customer service I received not only when I purchased my baby's nursery furniture here but again recently. I bought my daughters crib 2.5 years ago, and when I was ready to convert it to a toddler bed I found that I had misplaced some necessary pieces. The manufacturer had discontinued the crib in the color I owned, and it was impossible to purchase the pieces I needed (in any color) without buying a whole crib. The associates here went way above and beyond in helping me get the pieces I needed. I have also been extremely happy with the quality of all of the furniture I got here, it is still in perfect condition and I definitely see it lasting many years to come. Thanks so much for all your help, it is rare to find a business that will go so far out of its way to help you after the sale has been made!
We bought our Nuna Pipa car seat from Crib and Kids and could not have asked for a better experience. Michelle taught us the proper way to install the car seat and properly harness our future baby. She answered all of our questions and put us at ease with this one aspect of life as soon to be parents. She was very accommodating to our schedule as well, especially since we came from out of town. We also previously purchased a rocker from Crib and Kids and had a great experience then too.
I LOVE going to Crib and Kids, best children’s store in town! They have a beautiful selection of nursery /big kid furniture, quality gear, and the trendiest outfits for little ones. The staff is best and very knowledgeable about all the products! If you’re looking to support a wonderful small business, you have to stop by Crib and Kids!
Great boutique experience and car seat capital of San Antonio!!! Go see Michele and she will take care of of you. You can never have too much info when making such an important decision. Rest of staff made it a pleasure to shop and support small business.
