Roger has a passion alright. He REALLY cares about what you have when you walk out the door. You can bring him your heavily worn, your tricked out hot rod, your "low tuning" strange set up demands, all the way to your sweet collector models. He can do IT ALL! You could even bring in "parts you've been saving" to have your dream guitar put together. You just can't phase this guy! Did your pride and joy take a spill and your certain it's firewood!! DON'T, decide it's fate until you take it to Roger!! It's not dead until Roger says it's dead. I have 2 guitars same year model and make, the one that's been to Roger is night and day from the one that hasn't. It's going in this week. NO more when I know how good it "can be". There's a reason the big boys in the business use Roger. NOW, I know why!!!

Took my Strat in for a setup. First setup since I have owned it. Roger is very knowledgeable and friendly. I had some fret buzz on the low E string and the truss rod needed to be adjusted better than I could eyeball it. Roger takes great care and went over the entire guitar while it was there. Installed a new set of strings also. Now it plays better than it ever has. I will definitely be back soon with my other axe. Very happy with his service and cost. Highly recommend Roger's services.

Used their services several times - absolutely beyond pleased each and every time. Have recommended them many times.

Took my acoustic in for a set up. They lowered the action, but unfortunately my guitar was given back with 'dead frets' (buzzing against the 4th fret). For 80 and a job that simple: this is just plain unsatisfactory. Wouldn't recommend this shop.
