Not a good experience trying to make a purchase. I was told 6000 off msrp and they didnt uphold their promise. Asked to get black rims and was told I had to buy them myself after purchase. Was told vehicle didnt come with spare tire due to jeeps new pump method when other dealers are including spare tire. They obviously didnt want to make a good sale. So therefore no purchase from criswell.
