Needed my CPR Re-Certification quickly! There were a variety of scheduled classes to choose from, even weekends. With Covid, you cannot do a full in person course. The virtual class, via Canvas, supplied by AHA was very good. The course was easy to follow, with lots of examples (SIMS and human). The exam was straight forward and hit on all the key points to doing CPR. The hands on CPR was limited but since it was re-cert, it was enough of a review. The staff was helpful and took Covid safety and cleanliness seriously. I got my CPR card and certificate emailed in 24 hours. It was a great experience and I will use them again.

Always the best facility been coming to critical care education since they opened. Everytime is a postive experience! The office is clean, and manger/front desk is amazing and super friendly treats you like family. Instructors are low stress not intimidating with postive attitude.

February 2020 was my 3rd time to recertify my BLS/ACLS/PALS credentials. I am always highly satisfied with the expertise of the instructors and this organization's ability to address the needs of adult learners at their level of comfort. The focus is on competency and team collaboration. The information is up-to-date with alerts of upcoming changes. Thanks for providing this educational service. Warm regards, Mary Grant, FNP-C
