Lady working there today was completely rude and unprofessional. I see I am not the only person who has had trouble with her based on other reviews. Terrible experience and she should be fired.

I was in and out real quick with minimum wait. Service was great and no problems at all.

I arrived 10 minutes prior to my schedule appointment to check in and once done, the computer told me that my appointment would begin in 45 min. I looked at the screen and someone else was already checked in ahead of me but he hadn't been seen yet nor was he waiting so I should've taken that as a warning. I could hear the NP through her door on speakerphone shooting the breeze with a friend while the friend ranted about issues with another friend. This went on for a good 15 minutes while I was there so who knows how long the other guy had waited before he gave up. It was completely unacceptable. I finally left and went to a real urgent care.

Horrible, The lady was abrupt, rude and was she even a medical professional? I’ve been there before and the lady was wonderful and very helpful, I guess it depends on who you get.

We use this place as needed and have never had a bad experience. The clinicians are professional and kind. They take time and listen and we are glad that they do not just hand out medications. If you need them you will be given what is required and safe for you to have. Excellent place for what it is - very good care - never had any issue at all.
