On February 9 Their rep Tanner came by to assess our microwave problem and contacted Whirlpool within a couple minutes. They ordered parts and today Feb 24 Rob arrived with the back ordered parts and installed within a couple minutes. Both were highly professional with much respect given as they provided their services. Kudos to this company for hiring two great guys.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. These people are incompetent. Five visits over the course of two months to fix a washing machine (under warranty). They never keep appointments. Rude, incompetent. And they lie. They literally lie about saying they came to an appointment but they don't actually show up. They've \fixed\ it twice now. Each time the exact same problem occurs within 10 minutes or running the washer. But of course they don't bother to test it because that's not \their process\. Reporting them to the better business bureau because there's nothing else I can do. Oh, and is the washer fixed? Nope. And did they make today's 3 hour window appointment? Nope. Apparently the \weather\ is to awful for them to come out. It's not even raining. It is literally just slightly cloudy. I'm laughing because there's nothing else to do. Don't even bother calling them. Beyond useless.
John and Joe did a great job diagnosing and replacing our dishwasher. Both arrived on time and were informative and friendly. They did a good job of cleaning up behind themselves as well. Very pleased with the company and the service.
I have a Whirlpool refrigerator from IKEA that has stopped working 4 times from Oct. 2018 to May 2019. None other than VIA Appliance Repair has been the servicing technicians during those outages. Rather than replacing the unit, VIA Appliance Repair insists that they can fix the refrigerator. Due to either their incompetence of fixing the refrigerator or their inability to pressure IKEA to replace the unit, I've lost over 1,000 worth of food due to my fridge and freezer going out. Also, their responsiveness for home repairs is atrocious. I've never once had them come out within a 48 hour window from when I reported the issue. During one of the refrigerator outages, I was without a functioning fridge for 2-3 weeks while they pittled around doing nothing. I'm going on day 6 of my 4th fridge outing and I'm still waiting for repairs to be made. Attached is a recent photo of my freezer temperature. I do not recommend this company at all. I've experienced nothing but frustration and stress dealing with this company. I've had to toss numerous trash bags of food away every 2 months. I have zero faith in their ability to repair appliances and you should too.
