So far, everything has been great! Tom assessed the situation and provided an extremely thorough and informative quote and explanation of services. Mike came to the house and completed the first treatment. I'm hopeful things will be taken care of in a way that makes me comfortable (being green, humane and eco-conscious). Phenomenal!!!! You do NOT need to go to any other company! I have been using catseye for my investment property because we had unfortunate rodents around. Within the first visit they made a complete difference and I had Orkin for months and did not do anything close to what catseye does. Everything has been good, but right now we have a tear in a wire covering that is supposed to keep critters out of our attic, and Catseye has not attended to this, even though they have known about it for a month. We are Platinum customers, as well, so there is some disappointment here. I hope they can attend to it soon.

Cats eye came to give a consultation about a mouse problem and also a hornet nest we had. The employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The hornet nest was removed and several mice we're caught. Cat guard was installed. I was initially unhappy with some of the quality of the work but they addressed all of my concerns and were very responsive and helpful. I now feel that the job was completed to satisfaction.
