Everyone was very nice and informative. I schedule the appointment the day before to have my son tested for COVID. We got there early, checked in; ten minutes later they called and asked a few questions and we went in. From the time we checked in from the car to getting back into the car was probably 20 minutes. Received the results within 10 minutes of leaving. We don’t want to have to go again, but if we do need medical attention, we will come back!

This was the nicest experience I’ve had dealing with anything medical, since my family doc retired 8 months ago. The staff was so personable, and friendly that I was (finally) glad my daughter talked me into going. They were super cautious regarding the virus, and got me in right away, even as a “drive up”, without an appointment.The doctor that saw me was adorable, thorough, and reassuring. Check’em out the next time you need’em !

Even though it sometimes takes a while to be “seen”, the staff at Community Med Urgent Care is great. Due to school and work requirements, my family has needed to be tested for Covid several times and they are always so helpful and informative. Once you’re in the office, they are super quick!

extremely unprofessional. my fiancé and I scheduled an appointment the day before around the same times so we could get in and out. My appointment was after his.. yet I was seen first. They “lost” him in the system and the communication of that was poor. Hardly, (if any) of the staff were wearing a mask when I was waiting to be seen. The lady at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and rude. I’ve been here one other time and had a great experience. I don’t know what was so different this time.. I personally won’t be going back.

This Urgent Care is so convenient! It's nice to have something up here in Aubrey! The clinic is very clean and the staff are incredibly friendly! Would definitely recommend.
