I had to do some work to my home which included re-insulating my Wine Cellar. I contacted several companies to assist with the work. Some were not interested in the limited scope, some tried to impress me with the complexity, some were just not very responsive. I talked to Sarah Palmer at Vineyard Wine Cellars and she was professional, to the point, responsive, and very fair on pricing for the job. I was on a fairly tight time schedule because of the contracting work on my home and Vineyard was very accommodating. The day of the job, Andy called me to coordinate the work, and Louis arrived to execute. Louis was a true professional, explained the process and worked very well with my contractor. I left, came back, and found an excellent insulation install. Andy called later in the day to check to see if all was well. Wow, these guys exceeded my expectations. PS- I write maybe 2 or 3 reviews a year and only when I feel like there is something exceptional.
