I work there. So ya its . Wish the cafeteria was open thou.
Please be aware of this college. Worst college in USA. Took money out from Income Tax return without even attending any class. Please be very aware before you visit this college or sign any papers.My wife went there to check about the courses they provide and see the college. She never went to that college again and never did any class. After couple of months we received a bill that we owe money. Called the college and the front desk said that you have to talk with the billing department. They told us that you have to come to the college and sing the paper. My wife told that her foot is broken and she have 4 kids so that is why she cannot come. She Also told them that she will send doctor and hospital note that she cannot drive.They hung up the phone on her. She sent so many email and calls but no reply. Spoke with billing department that I really need that money for my kids. They guy I spoke said that i can not return the money. Spoke with HR department and they said that we only handle our employees department. Asked them about the dean and they hang up the phone. They don't deserve any star.
Don’t bother trying to call the school for help, nobody picks up the phones.. on a rare occasion when they do they automatically transfer you to someone else. once transferred the phones rings and goes straight to someone’s voicemail and or someone who cannot assist you (which happened to me three times) and i was left on hold for 20 minutes to be transferred again. I left several voicemails and nobody ever reached out, I thought physically going down to the school for assistance would help.. I was wrong everyone there does not show any type of compassion or care.. i couldn’t start fall semester because RCC did NOT “receive” my transcripts that i paid money to have electronically sent. when they finally did find them registration was over.. i left the school crying after taking two hours off of work to take placement tests and register. I’m applying somewhere else for spring semester and i’m happy to say that i’m no longer going to be a student at this school, it’s ironic because i didn’t even start one class yet .
I took my SATs here and the desks were so tiny! It didn't even fit the second page of the booklet. It felt pretty suffocating.
