Jim has been absolutely amazing to work with! We were new cabin owners in the late fall of 2019 and met him and the Cabin Expo at the convention center in Minneapolis. We new we needed a lift for our first boat but we knew it wasn't our dream boat. He talked us through options and didn't pressure us at all. We ended up getting a lift that would fit our dream pontoon but had bunks for our first boat. After 1 summer, it was time to get our dream pontoon and we were super happy we didn't have to figure out how to sell a lift and buy a new one. He delivered our lift last summer and is now going to swap out our bunks for pontoon bunks to get ready for a great summer on our new pontoon. He was great at messaging back whenever we had questions and customer service is a 10 out of 10!!
