I wanted to reach out to you and first of all thank you for the outstanding job that Wes Hanson builders did on our new home and tell you that the whole experience far exceeded our expectations. From the beginning working with you and then Matt making the home design we brought to you come to life to working with Cricket in the early stages of construction and Jon Milo and all the great carpenters on site from WH to completion it has been such a satisfying and rewarding experience. This is the second house that Nancy and I have built and by far the highest quality workmanship I've ever experienced. With Jon's commitment to excellence and a great crew of carpenters and subs the whole project was a great success! Just a great group of people to work with and get to know. From the painters, carpenters, subs to billing and invoicing Nancy and I always felt that Wes Hanson was looking out for our best interest. Great communication from Cricket and Jon on project progress, questions and recommendations we could not have been happier. Nancy and I recently retired from the same company both having worked over 40 yrs. We purchased the land we built this house on 16 yrs ago with a vision to build our dream home and retire here at Spectacle lake. We feel blessed and thankful that Wes Hanson helped us see this dream come true! We completely and totally love our new home!
Since the completion of our project with Wes Hanson Builders, We've been asked many times \would you do it again?\ We respond quickly with: absolutely! Starting with the design process, Matt worked patiently with us to understand our ideas, then combined those ideas with his own creativity and design work. We love the blend of our own ideas with many of the Wes Hanson signature features used to create our custom design. The building process itself was quite enjoyable. Jason managed our project and was very easy to communicate with. Phone calls and texts were promptly returned which was a big deal to us and changes that happened along the way were handled professionally and thoroughly. We feel he was genuinely invested in the project and was looking out for us throughout the entire process. The office staff was very helpful and responsive as well - with any administrative details being worked through promptly and professionally. We love our new lake home and would recommend Wes Hanson Builders to anyone looking to build a custom home.
I Crossed paths with Matt the architect while we were assessing the potential impact of an upcoming building project on the home Owner's trees. Matt was more than willing to work with us and the customer to find the best place for the new garage so it impacted the trees as little as possible. I was very impressed with how he really cares about the Customer’s needs.
They actually have employees that are working on the projects, not a mishmash of random subcontractors that are different every time, they work with the same subcontractors when they do use them, and have a good complete process for building. Building isn't simple, but they make it simpler if that makes sense.
