We moved from out of state to PA (a big move). Working with Crossroads Property Managment made the move and experience not only welcoming but an ease. Their team was there for us!!! We moved into a great house, the portal and app is user friendly and very convenient. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Crossroads to anyone looking for a great rental or anyone looking for a great team to handle their property.

My husband and I rented a house for almost 10 years. We can say that all this time was excellent. Good treatment, friendly and when we had a problem they were always ready to fix it. Good service and professionalism. They always answer your calls and messages quickly. Very easy and convenient to make payments online. It was a home where my children did not want to leave, very comfortable and pleasant. Today we are very grateful to Crossroads as they always treated us with great respect. We received all our deposit back (yes everything) and not all companies do this, we are really happy that in such difficult times that we are living (covid-19) they helped me a lot, even when I did not deserve it. I am sure God will bless you!!! With tears in my eyes I want to say thank you, thank you, thank you. Crossroads Property management for me has been the best rental company I have ever been.
