Jake and his team have been extremely helpful in finding a hay that my picky horses would eat. We tried several bales from different fields and found one that my most picky eater would eat! I am thrilled that Flynn is finally eating hay!!
I have owned horses for almost 30 years... and each and every year has always been a struggle to locate good horse hay. We were sick and tired of buying what we were told was “quality” hay only to find it filled with briars, weeds, and mold. But not anymore. This past year, we met the folks at Hey Hay Farms in Crossville, TN and feel like our dream of finding a premium grass horse hay producer has finally come true. Not only do these folks produce an excellent product, they take the time it takes beforehand to make sure that the soil growing that beautiful hay has exactly what it needs to produce a nutritious and clean forage. They do it right from start to finish and it shows in each and every bale. I have been feeding this hay for over 6 months... our horses absolutely LOVE IT... and I have yet to find a briar or noxious weed in it. This is truly a super bunch of people who take pride in producing high quality, clean mixed grass horse hay. If you love your horses as much as I do, and want to give them something that is good for them and that they will love to eat, then give Hey Hay Farms a call!!!
