My wife saw Dr. Crowell and she was so impressed with him that she told me that I needed to make him my primary doctor. I saw him for my annual physical and I am glad that I did. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I left with the understanding that I would be contacted with a referral for a specialist. I called back after the 1st few days,after 1st week,after 2nd week of not hearing from anyone-5 times total I called-4 of which I was sent to voice mail. Where is the professional courtesy? I am not able to ignore my problem as they have ignored me!! My problems require a specialist for which I need a referral. Sorely disappointed I went to the center looking for comfort and guidance, paid them with my hard earned money...I must not be important enough, nor MY time valuable... So, thanks for nothing.

This Doctor can't even read a x-ray. He told me I had a sever sprain but in fact I had a sever broken heal.
