The whole team of folks are top notch. Recently had a potentiometer go out. I called the parts department in San Antonio. Amber was super friendly and had the part ready to go. One of the sales reps was going to be in Austin the next day and so offered to drop it off helping me get the piece of equipment up the next day. You can't fake this level of customer service.

Very unprofessional driver in a company truck. In my opinion if you are representing a company you should remain professional.

They held up my employee because \our policy states that you have to fill out a form before we can sell you a part\. we were paying cash....I have never seen a policy as strange as that before. Maybe they are selling the data. It is just annoying that they hold up a driver and make it difficult to buy from them.
