Like many have said the donuts and comic book selection is very good. They have half a dozen 4 seated tables for dining in. I've only been in here a few times and I am not the comic book sort but me and my three boys were treated like long time customers. The owner or one of the owners helped me find a large range of comic books for my young children. Of course when you stop in you need to grab a box of donuts and the pictures don't sell just how amazing they are. They also carry quite a few toys and superhero apparel. My absolute favorite part is no WiF!. It was refreshing walking into this places and not seeing kids with phones or tablets 4 inches from their eyes. This created conversation and excitement from other customers, folks sitting down to eat actually discussing various topics. A large section of the comic book section is inside a old bank vault and its pretty dope.

I loved the concept of this place. Historical bank turned donut shop with a comic book theme. I've enjoyed walking around in the square and treating myself to a walking break (donut included) at Chemshaw. There's a good variety of donut toppings and flavors and drinks too! Figurines, comics, and posters all around the shop to keep you intrigued.
Wow this place was really cool! I was passing through Crown Point and wanting to take a break on my commute and this was an awesome find. The doughnuts were delicious and I picked up some comics. Very friendly place with a lot of charm. Highly recommend visiting
One of my top 3 places to visit in Crown Point. you either come for the donuts or the comics and end up getting both no matter how hard you try. I love to take my oldest son and pick up a few comics at least once a month. Great selection despite the stores small size and the freshly made donuts are the best around.
Amazing find in NW Indiana. Donuts r bold & big. Sooo fresh and the vibe was off the charts. Definitely worth a stop.
Picked up 3 dozen for a going away for an employee. Called at 7 to reserve and get ready prior to pickup. Wonderful phone service and informative. Upon arrival was greeted and able to pick up pre-made order. Staff was super friendly. Coworkers all loved the donuts and loved the variety to choose from. The donuts are HUGE! I’m still full from mine! I usually can eat a few from other donut shops but there was no room left after that deliciously frosted large donut!
The donuts are amazing. The vanilla cake donut with chocolate frosting was delectable. They also have a donut with raspberry frosting and sprinkles that they call the Homer Simpson. Very impressive!
Daily made fresh donuts, weekly special donuts! A refreshing change from usual donuts. Staff was pleasant and too time to explain the different donut flavors.
