Great place to catch a pump or break a sweat. The owner and staff are all cool people that have a genuine passion for fitness and helping achieve goals. There are ample machines and weights so i never have to pause my workout to wait on available equipment. They have a walking track and basketball/volleyball courts that other gyms don’t have. The comfortable atmosphere and motivational vibe is really what makes this gym superior to others.

Great gym.. extremely clean and well kept.. very knowledgeable and professional training staff.. great vibe.. great energy.. great place to train, minus the distractions at the other gym's... I love this place!!
John the owner and his staff ensure a community atmosphere and are professional, friendly and helpful. There are usually several freelance personal trainers who can be hired. The equipment is top notch and diverse given the smaller square footage. They have a full service locker room with showers and even a sauna. In short, they have everything most bodybuilders or casual fitness aficionados could want to train. I've trained at many gyms in several states over the years and I give FSF a full 5/5 stars and a good membership value /201218
I've been going to Full Spectrum Fitness for over a year now, great gym, great staff and great hours. I've never had to wait to get on a machine or for weights. The gym is always very clean and everyone I've met there has been friendly and helpful. John the owner is a great guy, he is very knowledgeable and also very helpful. It's a great place to get in to awesome shape, I highly recommend!
Full Spectrum Fitness is a wonderful place to work out. The staff is incredibly friendly and they actually know my name and make me feel at home. The facilities are awesome and you can't beat the price. I drive past many gyms to get to Full Spectrum because I feel it is the best gym around.
