Well I would of loved to put higher rating but as I am in a manual wheelchair and therefore have to have someone to push me, i was disappointed that no one held the door open for us, and there wasn't but maybe 10 people in the gym with 5 poeple behide the desk sadly 3 of them were male employees. As I was using a guest pass I thought it would of been a better experience. As a judgment free zone I thought they would have electric doors maybe one day until then i hope you retrain your employees to help in these situations.
Everyone kept to distancing, not all wearing masks, everyone cleaning their equipment, but I agree...it is difficult to work out more intensely/effectively with one on! I still felt safe.
I wish PF would enforce strict rules to wear masks for ALL clients! I would certainly frequent my favorite gym more.
I like this gym it's clean on the inside. I love that the staff is friendly even if at night the hang out talking to their friends who come in. The only thing I would like to change is the employees could hold open the door if they see a person in a wheelchair. Or someone pushing that wheelchair because the doors aren't wheelchair accessible.
