Drive couple of miles longer, pay couple of dollars more, but make sure you work out in dignified gym. This gym knows no honor or dignity. Mask less people walk around and the staff watches without saying a word. I noticed mask less people multiple times in front of the staff, and they didn't do a thing. We are still in the middle of pandemic, and people need to realize that and take it seriously.

I've been going for some time now. I read alot of the reviews. I also, go very early 5:00am or 530am, and if the morning that is was closed was the day of the massive tree falling on Grafton St. taking all the power out on the entire Perkins Farm area. Yeah it was frustrating, but not the Staff's fault. I also try some of the classes at night. Overall, I find everyone willing to listen and try to resolve complaints. In regards to people not wearing masks. I've seen several staff talking to the members about the masks. So, basically, you get what you put into it, the staff is great, and trying to keep it clean and safe for us.

This gym is a definition of sabotages you. I spoke to someone about cancelling my membership back in December and they said we can freeze your account and by the time June comes that’s when my one year is up. They can just cancel it. Well turns out today I got a call from them saying I didn’t pay my monthly fee. And not only that because they froze my account, then have push my one year date out even longer. BS company.

Overall the Crunch brand is a good brand. This particular gym in Worcester East is a new location and very clean and physically appealing. However I’ve never liked the wide open lay out. My last Crunch gym in Auburn which they closed had separate rooms to work out in. That’s ideal for me. The only thing I would change if I could would be the hours. I want to get back to 24 hour gym days again. Hopefully this is in their plans once things get back to normal socially speaking. See y’all in the next review! Trashhhhh situation other times have been great Been going about a week Wake up a hour before work to go to the gym at 5.30 am since they open at 5am but today they decided not to open no note on the door or any explanation would much rather sleep then go to a gym that’s closed hopefully it’s a one time thing and I’ll change the review

JUST REMEMBER A 10-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY, that was never explained on the day I signed up. Just poor communication with the staff and manger at this location (sever attitude). I’ve been going to crunch for 7 years, well I guess not anymore.

Honestly one of the best gyms in Worcester. You’ll find all types of gym equipments here and all of them are new. The guys clean the gym frequently and most members observe the 6feet social distancing rules. They have all kinds of classes here too as well. Staff are nice too. It’s impressive despite the pandemic.
