This review is wayyyy past due! Brandon Sands is knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He goes the extra mile customizing personal treatment for maximum results with fitness, health, and well being. With the customized localized cryotherapy and 'red light therapy' on my hands/fingers, he continues to turned the clock back on my pain and mobility in my finger joints. I no longer need oral medications or injections. The relief from pain is instant and lasting. I also experienced the Cryo Chamber and found it invigorating with immediate mobility results especially in my back and knees. Brandon will formulate a customized treatment plan for specific body parts that need attending. I also experienced a Cryo Facial with Amber Hennessy. She is a lovely spirit, very attentive and informative and I look forward to the 'red light therapy' benefits that is now available after my next cryo facial. The gym is clean, the procedure rooms are private. The staff are friendly and informative.
