Let me start by saying as a single parent I am really cheap but I've been having issues with my legs for a couple years now and I've always wanted to try the salt soak !! I visited the downtown indy location twice now and both times have been amazing I've tried a couple different things and was nervous but the ladies that work their are amazing and very informative and walk you through everything !! Highly recommend and will definitely be a loyal customer ️ !!!

Over all great experience. After our pick 3 package I felt alive and energized. The cryotherapy hurt a little at first, but it's worth it to hang in there. I've never felt so rejuvenated. The workers there were amazingly friendly and very knowledgeable. They helped answer questions and calmed any anxieties. Very clean and professional place. Would love to visit again!

My husband and I enjoyed the customer service and we enjoyed how relaxing the sauna was. My husband was in a car accident a couple years ago and was experiencing back pain prior to the visit and after going into the cryotherapy his pain subside enough to get through the day. We will be considering doing cryotherapy in addition to his treatment with the chiropractor.
