I really live this store. A little pricey but they always have sales with 40 to 50% off one regular priced item. Good job Joann's!

I gave 2 stars bc I absolutely LOVE this store. The staff is super judgemental and act like I am a monster. They are never polite to me and treat me different .

I'll never step foot in a JOANN FABRICS and CRAFTS very again. Many times in to buy items either out of, or sale items get charged full price. Even when you go back and show the employees the store signal of item or items on sale. Happened again today.Also on a clearance item. Feed up with the Festus and South County Mehlville Mo locations. Also, rude employees. Done!!!!!!!. Was loyal customer for over 30 years. Pathetic!!!!!! If I could give O Star I would!!!!!
