I’ve had to bring in my computer a few times to have fixed and not only are the prices fair, the service is amazing. I got constant updates while they had my computer and the turnaround was very quick. I would use them anytime. I drive a little further just to have them work on my tech because I trust them! The owner has rescued us more than one time. This time we needed a new WiFi card for our Crome book. He didn’t have one in stock for our model, so he gave us a loner, at no charge for the week. He had the best price around, as always, my daughter had made a few calls already. Even if he was a bit more money...it’s worth knowing that your equipment is in the best hands. Plus we love our local businesses. We have never had an issue with any work done, but they stand behind all their work. Definitely won’t go anywhere else.

So got my phone screen fixed and so far so good, they go above and beyond to deliver quality work, but also extremely polite, knowledgeable, and they are amazing at keeping you up-to-date. My laptop had two separate spills on it. One on the keyboard and one where the battery is located. The laptop wasn't taking a charge and the keys were sticking when I typed. I took my laptop to 911 Tech Repair and told them I needed the laptop fixed ASAP. They were able to fix it in about a week and called me right when it was ready for pick up. It now runs like a brand new Mac Book Pro. Thank you for such a fast repair!
