If I could give zero stars I would. Our washer needed to be looked at and we were told they do not believe they make the parts anymore but they would check into it and let us know within 24 hours. So to be proactive I looked up comparable washers to try and keep the same models and found one on sale. We received no phone call the next day and the day after went by no call again. Except we received a text from a random number at 9pm on a Saturday saying “hi part no longer available. Can’t fix.” So we order our new washer to find out the sale has ended and now have to pay 150 more. When we call to express our frustration over lack of professionalism we were somehow to blame and accused of lying as well. Stay away from this company they don’t give a damn about you.

So I called this company at 3:00 in the afternoon to set up an installation of a microwave the next day between 8:00 and 11:00 am. I had to give the operator all the numbers off my credit card (red flag #1) to secure my appointment and that they charge a flat fee of 175. At 9:30 that night from an Unknown number (red flag #2) I get a message saying that my service appointment is cancelled with no reference to my appointment number. So now this company has my credit card number (now cancelled) and my microwave is still not installed. Read all the reviews first............ Apparently the address listed is for Georgio's Pizza. I think this company is a front to steal credit card information. BEWARE!!!!!!
What a joke! Company shows and states on website that uniformed technicians with ID in marked trucks showing up to do work and give written quotes before work is done... false. They hire 3rd party workers. The guy showed up in a pre-2000 Lexus, no uniform and he didn’t know who he was working for. Comes in has to look at the manual we had laying around and looked at my wife who said it’ll be 250. No quote no nothing. My wife called the company and stated she was uncomfortable... the ladies response was “ oh that Omar, he’s fine, we’ve used him before. You’ll be fine” company is a joke!! And lie directly to you as a consumer. No trucks, no uniforms, no trust or accountability!
I would highly recommend. Used them a couple of time for oven, washer and my ventilation in the house. Good service!
Probably would not use this company again. Total cost was 40% more than originally quoted and they damaged my hardwood floors in the process of an easy repair.
