I had my mom’s 50th luncheon surprise party at D’Andrea just this past weekend and everything turned out better than I expected. I literally booked this a month before the party and Lynette helped me out with everything that I needed. She was very responsive and accommodated me with all that I want to do for the event. We worked on floor plan and arranged the perfect room for the party. When I arrived, Maria and Elisha welcomed me and assured that they would be taking care of all my needs. They were right! They helped me set up the table numbers, and 50 candles for my mom’s cake. I told my mom that we are coming here for a special brunch event at D’Andrea, and Maria and Elisha acted to as if there is a special brunch happening. My mom was very surprised and loved the food. The chicken mornay and rice soup was delicious. Not to mention, the Champagne bowl was a hit! Five stars to the three lovely ladies – Lynette, Maria, and Elisha. I will definitely be back to book another event in the future.
Everything was perfect until Lynette left. 2 months before my wedding. And the fact they aren’t flexible especially when COVID-19 is out of my hands and I will have less people but get charged for basically the people not going anymore. Nope.
Very disappointed with D’Andrea Banquets! Our wedding was booked for May 30, 2020. Because of the pandemic D’Andrea’s was unable to open to host any banquets. They offered to reschedule for a later date, we decided to go through with our wedding and have it in our home. We asked for our deposit back we were told no, the owner felt this wasn’t his fault. It wasn’t our fault either. Would not consider giving half the deposit back. I feel it was poor customer service. FYI... our bakery gave us our full deposit back. Thank you Sweet Pea Cakes.
Amazing! Went above and beyond with everything and everyone told us that it was the best wedding food they've ever had. French onion soup was a big hit! Thanks Lynette.
