The entire staff other than the gentlemen at the front desk lack professionalism. They are very short and rude when asked any questions regarding the closing process. As a first time home buyer I was expecting it to be a more pleasurable experience. As staff members walk through the main hallway you can hear them bickering about having to do anything pertaining to their job. I will absolutely never use this title company in the future. If the management team decides to respond to this post by dismissing my criticism and claiming that I was not an actual customer. I would be willing to offer them the specific date, time, and employee names. This would be with the intent to help them improve the interactions between their staff and the customer. The feedback should be received as a gift and a teaching opportunity to help better their business and give the customer a more positive experience. It is evident to me that the entire facility needs a cultural change.

They are unprofessional, inaccurate and slow. Wish I had a job that gives me 5 times to do something right and I still have a job at the end of the day. At the closing the female person we had was unfriendly, short and acted like she was annoyed to help us. Now we have to wait until they have funds or funds are released. Dealing with anyone before this day of the closing it took them a day or more to do something, so not we just wait here, possible all day, so now no one values our time!!!!!! I do have to get back to work. Will never recommend or use this title company again!!
