I had originally bought a wheelchair here and it had an issue, just a fluke thing. The young lady was very helpful and quickly understood my issue and worked to find a satisfactory resolve. When I showed up to get the new chair a young gentleman helped me who was fully aware of my situation. He had great customer service as did the girl and I was very impressed with both. The new chair was just what I needed with correct weight specifications and all the things I need. I will be coming back to the store for some other things I need as the staff have full knowledge of the store and products I am confident of getting exactly what I need. I highly recommend Hartland.

I purchased a Golden lift chair for my mom, had it delivered and it was too big for her. Ray, the store manager had the smaller version of the chair delivered the next day and it was perfect! The delivery guys we so helpful and patient with my mom making sure she understood how to use the controls before they left. Ray was so accommodating and was eager to makes things right for my mom. She is 98 and absolutely loves this chair the Golden PR510-SME. This whole experience was top notch customer service from start to finish and I would highly recommend Heartland Medical Supply for any of your needs.

Ordered face masks. Product was inferior and poor quality. Threw 70 worth of masks in the garbage. DO NOT ORDER THE ONES WITH THE HEADBAND. VERY difficult to use and poor quality. The good thing I can say is that they arrived timely. Will never order from them again.
